Traditionally, installers and homeowners would need to deal directly with their local building control office for each job, which can sometimes mean delays, extra admin, and lots of back-and-forth.

Now, as an LABC Registered Partner, we can handle the building control registration for you, making the whole process smoother, faster and more convenient.

How The Process Works

✅ Step 1: Complete a simple registration form
Once your customer’s order is confirmed, simply fill in our straightforward LABC registration form with the project details.

✅ Step 2: We handle the submission
We register the job directly with the relevant local authority and submit the necessary information on your behalf.

✅ Step 3: Customer contacts Building Control when ready
When the job is complete and ready for inspection, you simply contact the local building control authority to you job to arrange a site visit.

✅ Step 4: The local authority inspects the installation
The local authority sends one of their building control officers to site to complete the inspection and issue certification as normal.
